Usage Monitoring

Admins can pull reports showing any document a user has shared externally over the last few months — or, if you have gPanel Enterprise, you can view their entire sharing history. This makes it easier to understand who has access to your resources. You can even set up decommissioning rules that revoke external access to any document shared by a user upon their departure from the company.

System Logging

gPanel Enterprise users also have the ability to automate the consumption of gPanel system logging. Using the gPanel API, admins can return a list of all gPanel logs such as info on all users, all groups, calendars, mobile devices etc. This feature is excellent for auditing, managing applications immediately, and capturing domain information across all teams and users.
