New Updated License Types Report

What’s changing

The Licenses Type report now includes the Archived User Licenses tab, enabling admins to view all their license types in one location.

Why you’d use it 

Archived User accounts will now appear in your License Types Reports, enabling you to see all license types in use across your organization. Previously this report only included Google Apps, Google Drive Storage, and Google Vault users. 

This report can be generated on-demand and scheduled for regular recurrence.

Rollout pace 

• Deployed to gPanel Standard on April  28, 2023.

Availability 

• Available to gPanel Standard customers. 

• Not available to gPanel Starter customers.
