gPanel® Platform Update: New Actions Added to Decommissioning, Policies & More

What's Changing
Promevo has launched a variety of new capabilities to gPanel's Decommissioning, Bulk Operations, User Management, Groups, and Policies tools.
Bulk Operations
- User Profile Import: Added the ability to bulk import user profiles into the gPanel platform.
Policies
- Disable Two-Factor: Added new policy to be able to bulk disable two-factor authentication for users.
Calendars
- Calendar ID Column: Added a new column to the calendar UI to give admins the option display the calendar ID. Please note, this field is not displayed by default.
User Management
- Gmail Settings - Add Delegate: Added the ability to trigger the removal of a delegate based on an admin-provided date.
Decommissioning
- Add Delegate Action: Added the ability to trigger the removal of a delegate based on an admin-provided date.
- Send Email: Added the ability to send a templated email as a decommissioning action.
Policies
- Add Delegate: Added ability to provide days out from delegation to remove the delegate
- Last Login Action: Added a policy to suspend or delete users based on their last login time.
- Remove Domain-Findable Shares: Added a new configuration option to remove shares that are “Find in Search Results."
Groups
- Membership: Added the ability to add all “Current and future members” to a group.

These new capabilities give IT administrators even more control and visibility over their Google Workspace environments, so they can more effectively manage users and secure their data.
