gPanel® Platform Update: New Unmodified Documents Report

What’s Changing
In an ongoing effort to give our clients’ even more visibility into their Google Workspace environment, Promevo has added many new reports to the gPanel® platform this year. Today, we’re unveiling our newest addition: the unmodified documents report.
With this report, Administrators can create and view lists of all the documents in the Workspace environment that have not been modified.

Why It’s Important
Security and auditing is key to any organization, so it’s important to know what documents have not been modified.
This highly requested feature gives Admins the ability to view a comprehensive list of all documents no longer in use, so they can quickly determine which documents they need to revoke access to or perhaps reassign ownership of.
