In a continued effort to save time, protect company data, and automate the decommissioning process, the gPanel® software now gives administrators the ability to remove all external shares from a user's ‘My Drive.’

Why It’s Important

When employees exit an organization, it’s important to know what assets need to be revoked or reassigned to a current employee. Administrators now have the ability to use decommissioning actions to remove all external shares from a user's ‘My Drive.’
