gPanel® Product Enhancement: Activities Shared Externally From Shared Drives Now Available as a Decommissioning Action
In a continued effort to enable transparency and automate the decommissioning process, gPanel® software now gives administrators the ability to set email alerts and create activities reports for all documents shared externally from a Shared Drive.

Why It’s Important
When employees exit an organization, it’s important to know what assets they’ve shared with external audiences. In some cases, access to the documents must be revoked or ownership must be reassigned to a current employee.
This highly requested feature gives gPanel® admins visibility into any externally-shared documents from their organization’s Shared Drives, allowing them to create activities reports and set email alerts as part of the decommissioning process. Admins can select to have notifications go to Hiring Managers or anyone else within their organization.
