In an ongoing effort to expand our customers’ reporting capabilities, Promevo has added a new Abandoned Calendar Eventsreport to the gPanel® platform.
Administrators will now have the ability to generate or schedule a report that will display events, recurring meetings, or other resources that have previously been booked on primary and secondary calendars by employees who are no longer in their organization.
The Abandoned Calendar Events report is just one of 60 unique reports available in gPanel®.

Why It’s Important
In order to ensure data security and enforce policy adherence, Workspace Admins must be aware of all the resources their employees’ are using. The Abandoned Calendar Events report gives Admins oversight into the events, recurring meetings, and other resources on former employees’ calendars. In turn, Admins are better equipped to transition those events to the proper stakeholders.
