The Challenge
Clayton Fire Rescue needed devices that could fully support their three stations, which are staffed by both volunteers and full-time employees 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Clayton Fire Rescue offers both fire and emergency medical services (EMS), meaning the solution had to enable both departments to work efficiently and collaborate seamlessly while on the go.
They also required hardware that was secure, durable, and easy to use, allowing them to work on reports and other tasks while in the field.
The Solution
After assessing the Clayton Fire Rescue’s needs, Promevo recommended a Chromebook solution paired with Chrome management licenses. The Chromebook solution provided a secure productivity platform, while the Chrome management licenses ensured that their new devices were always up to date.
