Phil Schnee's Favorite Google Workspace Features 

Hi everyone! Phil here from Promevo. I wanted to write a little bit about one of my favorite features in Google Workspace.

One feature I love is the auto-generated “summary” in Google Chat spaces. Whether you're catching up on a thread or simply want to get a better understanding of what your peers are discussing, Google will create a quick and concise summary in about 2 to 3 sentences. This summary will get you up to speed on the conversation and give you the gist of the topics being discussed.

Likewise, you’ll know which contributions to the discussion or project have come from which individuals, which can certainly be helpful if any action items are required from you. 

No matter what team you are part of, everyone has come across a lengthy & detailed thread in a Google Chat space. Depending on the length or level of detail, it can often take a good chunk of time and get to the bottom of things, especially if you’re showing up late to the party or returning to work after time off or a long weekend.

Gemini removes the need to dig for specific details and contextual elements, bringing you up to speed so you can jump right into the discussion, or even understand what actions may have been requested from you.
