Your Trusted Guide for Google Cloud Readiness
Getting to the cloud is one thing. Building an environment that fulfills enterprise governance, security, and cost controls from Day 1 is another. Promevo’s multi-step Cloud Foundations Workshop pairs your team with certified architects to design a production-ready Google Cloud architecture tailored to your long-term goals.
The Foundational Gap
Why Ad-Hoc Cloud Setup Creates Operational Debt
When organizations rush into Google Cloud without a formal landing zone strategy, architectural debt accumulates rapidly. What starts as a quick cloud initiative often turns into permission sprawl, unmonitored costs, fragmented network topologies, and compliance risks.
Access & Permission Bloat
Relying on basic IAM primitive roles instead of granular, least-privileged custom roles and condition-based access.
Network & Topology Complexity
Misconfigured VPCs, overlapping IP ranges, and unmonitored public internet egress paths.
Cost Governance Blind Spots
Lack of departmental billing labels, missing budget alert guardrails, and unpredictable monthly spend.
Security & Compliance Vulnerabilities
Unencrypted data stores, unmanaged service account keys, and missing central log sinks.
The Core Foundation Pillars
Deep-Dive Architecture Planning Across Every Domain
Our workshops go beyond generic cloud overviews. Promevo’s Google-certified architects facilitate detailed technical sessions across the 9 Key Pillars of Google Cloud Foundations.
Cloud Identity synchronization, managed Workspace integration, and strict 2FA/hardware security key enforcement.
Least-privileged access design using custom roles, IAM Conditions, and service account key lifecycle policies.
Designing a clean Org Folder Project hierarchy for simplified inheritance and cost attribution.
Shared VPC topologies, Cloud DNS forwarding, HA VPN, and Dedicated/Partner Interconnect strategies.
Enforcing Org Policies (Domain Restricted Sharing, Resource Location Restrictions, disabling default networks).
Cloud KMS key management (software vs. Cloud HSM), Cloud DLP for PII/HIPAA redaction, and storage lifecycle retention.
Mandatory project labeling conventions, billing alerts, usage forecasting, and automated budget capping guardrails.
Centralized audit log sinks (BigQuery/Storage), metric collection, and Security Command Center threat detection.
Defining P1–P4 escalation paths, Google Customer Care alignment, and Promevo Tier 1–3 managed support integrations.

OUR WORKSHOP ENGAGEMENT ROADMAP
An Agile, Iterative Framework Delivered in Three Weeks
We follow an agile design philosophy. Architecture planning, risk assessment, and checklist configuration happen continuously so your environment is validated before first workload deployment.
-
1
Foundations Kickoff & Executive Alignment
We meet with your leadership and technical service owners to discover business requirements, evaluate legacy environments, and define long-term platform goals.
-
2
Collaborative Architecture Design Sessions
Up to 8 interactive sessions (1 hour max per session over a 3-week engagement) with your stakeholders. We dig into specific technical subtopics like IAM, Shared VPCs, Cloud KMS, and FinOps.
-
3
Documentation & Technical Design Document (TDD)
Promevo architects author a finalized Technical Design Document (TDD) detailing reference architecture, risk assessments, implementation strategies, and architectural decisions.
-
4
Landing Zone Setup & Onboarding Checklist
We complete the Google Cloud setup checklist: establishing org structures, configuring billing IDs, applying monitoring policies, and delivering a production-ready environment.
Recognized by Google
Validated and awarded by Google Cloud, our competencies demonstrate our mastery of Google Cloud infrastructure, Enterprise AI, Workspace, and ChromeOS.
What You Walk Away With
Tangible Deliverables for Long-Term Control
Our Cloud Foundations Workshop doesn't leave you with vague advice. You receive concrete engineering artifacts to operate confidently:
Finalized Technical Design Document (TDD)
A blueprint of your Google Cloud landing zone, including network diagrams, security constraints, and IAM role mappings.
Production-Ready Organization Setup
Fully configured GCP org hierarchy with established billing accounts, administrative groups, and foundational security policies.
Complete Onboarding Checklist
Completed setup checklist covering log routing, alert channels, and monitoring parameters.
Prioritized Next-Step Roadmap
Clear recommendations for initial workload migration, app modernization, or AI integration.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about working with Promevo on Google Cloud readiness.
The engagement is structured to maximize output while respecting your team's bandwidth. It includes a kickoff call, up to 8 targeted 1-hour design sessions spread across 3 weeks, and a final TDD review session.
Both! For new deployments, we design your landing zone from scratch. For existing environments, we evaluate your current setup, identify anti-patterns, and help restructure your hierarchy, IAM, and networking to meet enterprise standards.
The TDD is your custom architectural blueprint. It covers your complete org hierarchy, folder structures, Shared VPC network topologies, Cloud KMS encryption key choices, log routing sinks, and FinOps budget guardrails.
Cost control is integrated into Pillar 7 of the workshop. We configure project labeling conventions, billing export reports, budget alert thresholds, and optional automated capping guardrails. Furthermore, clients with over $3,000 in monthly GCP spend receive Promevo’s Tier 1 Managed Support.
Yes! As a Google Cloud Premier Partner, Promevo can evaluate your organization for Google-backed funding programs during initial discovery.
