When Maulik Shah, VP of Cloud Engineering, and Jason Lewis, Director of IT OPS Engineering, joined Tala nearly 3 years ago, they inherited the organization’s Google Workspace environment — and its relationship with Promevo. We provided regular billing and technical support, helping these IT leaders manage their domain more efficiently.

Employees now use it to answer technical questions, evaluate vendors, and streamline workflows. Instead of searching externally for answers, teams rely on Gemini to navigate Google Cloud and Workspace.
Promevo has also helped Maulik and Jason keep up with Gemini’s frequent updates more effectively. Jeremy and team routinely inform them of new features that might be relevant to their use case and make sure they have the resources they need to leverage the tool to its full potential.
